What counts as a call minute?
Connected talk-time on voice calls, rounded per second and summed monthly. Ringing and unanswered calls don’t count.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Overage minutes are billed per-minute at your plan’s regional rate — no hard cut-off mid-conversation. You can set alerts and caps.
Are there contracts or setup fees?
Starter and Growth are month-to-month. Enterprise includes a managed onboarding; setup scope is agreed up front with no surprises.
